EO Gurgaon is a chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization, representing a close-knit community of founders and business leaders.
This project involved designing the visual identity for EO Gurgaon’s 2024 theme, Engage to Evolve, with the goal of creating a system that reflects community engagement, direction, and structured growth, and could be applied consistently across brand assets and digital platforms.

The Challenge

The identity needed to communicate a forward-looking theme while remaining aligned with EO’s existing brand ecosystem.
The challenge was to design a mark and visual language that felt dynamic yet structured, resonated with entrepreneurs, and scaled seamlessly across event branding, digital media, and the official website.

The Concept

The logo is built around the idea of progress through participation.

  • Dual “E” forms represent Engage and Evolve, emphasizing community and growth

  • An integrated arrow conveys direction, momentum, and support

  • Rectangular building blocks symbolize structured steps in entrepreneurial development

Together, these elements create a mark that feels purposeful, balanced, and adaptable.

Visual System

The color palette was derived from EO Gurgaon’s existing brand colors, ensuring consistency with the organization’s established visual identity.
Rather than redefining the palette, the focus was on extending and applying these colors meaningfully within the 2024 theme.

  • Green reinforces growth and progress

  • Yellow represents creativity and optimism

  • Pink adds energy and momentum

  • Grey provides balance and structure

Outcome

The final identity system provided EO Gurgaon with a cohesive and scalable visual language for its 2024 theme.
The project successfully translated abstract values—engagement, evolution, and direction—into a clear brand expression used across live digital platforms and event communications.

The final identity was deployed across EO Gurgaon’s official website and digital channels, supporting real member engagement throughout the year.
Seeing the system live validated its flexibility, clarity, and performance across real-world use cases.
